The Hivve Coworking Space Terms and Conditions
Welcome to The Hivve! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our coworking space. By becoming a member or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Membership and Payment
• Payment: Membership fees are due in advance and can be paid online or at our reception. Late payments may result in suspension of access to the space.
• Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable except in special circumstances, at the discretion of The Hivve management.
2. Access and Usage
• Access Hours: Members have access to the coworking space during the posted operating hours. Extended access may be available for certain membership plans.
• Workspace Use: Members are entitled to use the designated workspaces, meeting rooms (subject to booking), and common areas. Members must respect the designated areas and other users’ workspaces.
• Cleanliness: Members are expected to keep their workspace and common areas clean and tidy. Please dispose of trash properly and clean up after using kitchen facilities.
3. Conduct and Etiquette
• Respect: Members must respect fellow coworkers, staff, and the facilities. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Noise: The Hivve is a workspace and not a library. It is expected that people will have conversations, take meetings, and have guests. We ask that everyone is respectful of those around them, but do not expect a quiet space.
• Internet Usage: Members are provided with internet access. Excessive use or illegal activities are prohibited.
4. Security and Safety
• Access Control: Members are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. Do not share keys or codes with non-members.
• Prohibited Items: No hazardous materials, illegal substances, or weapons are allowed on the premises.
5. Booking and Use of Facilities
• Meeting Rooms: Meeting rooms can be booked in advance via our online system. Please respect booking times and leave rooms in a clean state including erasing whiteboards if used.
• Events: Members can host events in the space with prior approval from The Hivve management. Event policies and additional charges may apply.
6. Termination and Suspension
• Termination by Member: Members may terminate their membership at any time with written notice. Refund policies will apply as outlined above.
• Suspension or Termination by The Hivve: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies.
7. Liability
• Personal Property: The Hivve is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
• Liability Waiver: Members agree to use the facilities at their own risk and release The Hivve from any claims arising from the use of the space.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Hivve reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the space constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
